What we collect

The enquiry form collects the details you provide: your name, contact details, chosen service, location and message, urgency and preferred contact method. We also record the submission time and consent version. Submitting requires your consent.

An enquiry can include the page path it was sent from, the referring website origin when available, and campaign labels from the page URL. Unrelated URL queries and fragments are discarded. These details help identify where enquiries came from.

Cookies and technical information

The public enquiry form does not store raw IP addresses in lead records. The application currently has no visitor analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Admin sign-in uses authentication cookies; when configured, Auth0 handles the operator sign-in process.

Hosting and authentication services may process request information such as IP addresses for operation and security. Their configuration and retention arrangements need to be documented before launch.

How your data is used

Enquiries are stored so the operator can respond to the request. Provider routing is not active in this preview. Whether enquiries will be shared with providers or used in a commercial lead programme will be described in an updated notice before that feature launches.

Who operates the service

The legal operator and public contact details have not yet been published for this preview. They will be identified here before launch, together with a way to exercise applicable privacy rights.
